After the Rajasthan Royals defeated the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the second qualifier, RR fast bowler won hearts as he made the day of one of his fans. The Kiwi fast bowler while returning to the dressing after the match, was seen gifting his jersey to a young boy.

The Rajasthan Royals Twitter account posted a video of the reaction where Boult was seen taking off his jersey. But the kid, hilariously, reacted to this gesture by taking off his own shift where Boult laughingly said that he didn’t need it. Boult passed his jersey to one of the Royals’ members, who then gave it to the fan. After getting the Kiwi pacer’s jersey, the boy was elated and wore it proudly. The video posted on Twitter was captioned, “How can you not love Trent Boult? ? Watch him make a young fan's day after #RRvRCB. ?”

Trent Boult has been an extremely important part of the Rajasthan Royals team in the 2022 IPL. The left-arm speedster has picked up 15 wickets from 15 matches at an economy rate of 8.24 and has been the go-to option for the 2008 Champions in the powerplay.

Similarly against RCB, Boult had another great performance as he picked one wicket while giving away 28 runs. But the biggest performer in the qualifier for the Royals was English batter Jos Buttler, who smashed his fourth century for the tournament and levelled former RCB and India captain Virat Kohli’s record of most centuries in a season.
