After Hardik Pandya’s video of getting angry during an ad shoot went viral, a video of Rishabh Pant arguing over an ad script started circulating all over social media. In the video, Pant could be seen getting miffed over an IPL advertisement script, and demanded the director to change it. Pant was seen telling the production member to change the script after talking to the director as he was not happy with the fact that he was being asked to cry on screen.
As per the script, Pant had to get emotional about his comeback from injury in the IPL 2024. The Delhi Capitals skipper met with a fatal accident in December 2022, after which he had to stay out of action for more than a year. Pant wanted the director to remove the scene or alter it as he didn’t want to shed tears in front of the camera.
In the video, he could be heard saying, “Kaisi baat kar rahe ho yaar? Aapne kabhi dekha hai mujhe emotional hote hue?” He added, “Fans kya sochenge mere baare mei? Ki kaisi baat pe ro raha hai? Mere liye glycerin lekar aa rahe ho.” He went on to say, “Rona fix nahi hai. Aap director se baat karo ki isme thoda change karte hain.”
While the context of the video is unknown, it seems to be a part of a promotional strategy by Star Sports ahead of IPL 2024. As mentioned, a video of star India all-rounder Hardik Pandya has also been doing rounds on social media, where he could be seen yelling at a production member for asking him to eat ‘unhealthy’ food items like jalebi and dhokla instead of his healthy meals.
