The Men in Blue are taking on Bangladesh in what is the last Super 4s fixture of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023. While India sealed the final berth after registering a 41-run win over Sri Lanka on Tuesday, 12th September, that very day saw Bangladesh being knocked out seeing their position in the points table.

However, with the teams for the final already set, while India will look to dominate the Shakib Al Hasan-led side, Bangladesh would want to end the tournament with a win. Talking about the match, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and invited Bangladesh to bat first, giving a chance to the bowlers once again in the tournament.
But what was shocking to see as he was asked of the changes in his side, he was left numbed, forgetting the changes named in the side. However, he named Virat, Hardik, Siraj, Bumrah and Kuldeep were the players who’ll sit out, Sharma had a brief silence before naming the players who come in place of the above-mentioned players.

“We have made five changes. Virat, Hardik, Siraj, Bumrah and Kuldeep are out. Tilak makes his debut. Shami and Prasidh also come in. Suryakumar also gets a game,” he said at the toss.
