Ryan Garcia, the American professional boxer, has been arrested for felony vandalism after he allegedly damaged a property at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. As per the reports, the 25-year-old cooperated with the LA authorities after causing a scene, but he was seemingly under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
During the evening hours on Saturday, June 8, at around 5:45 PM, Ryan Garcia got arrested after a driver, who dropped him off at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Beverly Hills, phoned the police. The hotel accused Ryan Garcia of damaging their property, which was estimated to be worth $15,000, revealed a watch commander of the Beverly Hills Police Department to ESPN.
In a viral video on social media of Ryan Garcia’s arrest, wherein the police were spotted escorting him out of the hotel lobby to a squad car in handcuffs. It can be seen that Ryan Garcia's face was covered with a helmet, but his famous back tattoo is clearly visible to the naked eye.
TMZ reported that Ryan Garcia, who was seemingly under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, allegedly damaged his room and the hallway at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Moreover, after defeating Devin Haney in Brooklyn two months ago, Ryan Garcia tested positive for a banned substance. Afterward, he requested for his B-sample to be tested, the result of which is yet to be revealed.
