Max Verstappen has already been crowned the champions of F1 2022 edition after his win at the Japanese Grand Prix 2022, with Red Bull clinching the champions title at US GP 2022.

Red Bull is having the best time in the Formula 1 circuit. The F1 2022 champion Ma x Verstappen registered one more podium finish, breaking the record for most wins in a season. He clinched his fourteenth win in the 2022 Formula 1 season on Monday at the Mexican Grand Prix.

Not only this, but his teammate Sergio Perez  also finished on the podium, taking P3 after Lewis Hamilton raced to secure the P2. What grabbed attention after the race was the Mexican stopping fans from booing Lewis Hamilton. The home hero waited as Hamilton was being interviewed post-race and directed the fans to not boo at the F1 great.

This not only added much prestige to the Mexican driver’s name,  but fans also heaped praise on Checo’s decision. Check out some of the reactions here:

Notably, a similar incident had happened earlier during the British Grand Prix. The seven-time F1 champions Lewis Hamilton had urged F1 fans to not boo at Max Verstappen after the Silverstone crowd vent their disapproval at the world champion.
