After an exciting first match of the second season of the Legends League Cricket in Ahmedabad, the action shifted to Ekana Stadium in Lucknow where Irfan Pathan-led Bhilwara King is locking horns with Harbhajan Singh's Manipal Tigers on September 18 (Sunday). Several cricket fans marked their presence for an action-packed clash between sides featuring legends of the game but were left shocked with the sudden turn of events in the match.

After being invited to bat first, Manipal Tigers had a horrific star to their LLC campaign as Caribbean right-arm pacer Fidel Edwards rattled Tigers' batting line-up. While Tigers had a troublesome start to their innings, the match was abruptly paused due to a flood light failure which left cricketers and spectators shocked.

However, what followed at Ekana Stadium was nothing short of a spectacular scene as hundreds of spectators enabled their mobile flash and started a crowd wave. The video of the incident instantly went viral on social media and was widely circulated by several users.

The reason behind the power failure is not yet clear.

Speaking of the match, Tiger's middle-order batter Mohammad Kaif played a fine innings worth 73 runs off 59 deliveries to guide his side to a competitive total of 153/7 in 20 overs. Pardeep Sahu's blistering knock of 30-runs in 19 balls also came as a crucial contribution from the all-rounder. For Kings, F Edwards picked four wickets while Irfan Pathan, Monty Panesar and Sreesanth returned with one wicket each.
