Indian batter Suryakumar Yadav suffered a major blow during the ongoing warm-up fixture against Australia at the Gabba on Monday. While batting at 46, the Indian batter got hit on his helmet in the 18th over of the innings.
It was Australia pacer Mitchell Starc bowling the fifth delivery of the 18th over when SKY tried to hit hard but the ball eventually hit him on the helmet. Luckly, he escaped a serious injury, but his helmet broke from the right corner.
The Australian veteran also ran towards Surya to check on him before the physio reached him.
