It is a no-brainer that for athletes to succeed at the highest level, they simply have to be in a sense single-minded towards their discipline to a certain extent. Thus if someone has made his mark at the highest level of a sport, he or she should be forgiven for not knowing a thing or two less about the other aspects of society or other sports.

During their time off from cricket drills and matches in a packed IPL calendar, SunRisers Hyderabad teammates Washington Sundar and T Natarajan were seen enjoying a game of table tennis. While Sundar was holding the paddle and unleashing his shots with one hand, Natarajan held it with both hands and played what clearly seemed to be cricket-inspired strokes in the rally.

Initially, both were up to the task but eventually the left-arm pacer lost the point. Later, Sundar took to social media to share a video of the same.

"Only @Natarajan_91 things ? *Audio credits to the creator,*" Sundar captioned the video.

Meanwhile, the Orange Army would look to bounce back in fine fashion after their opening match defeat against Rajasthan Royals. The Kane Williamson-led team lost the game by 61 runs which has done a lot of harm to their net run rate. Consequently, they find themselves sitting at the bottom of the points table. However, it is still a very early phase of the competition and things can change rather quickly
