Fitness is not just integral to the cricketers playing the game, but it also means a lot for everyone associated with it. Especially, when it comes to Test cricket as the red-ball cricket demands longevity straight for five days.

While we frequently see cricketers indulging into rigorous training sessions to keep their fitness intact, a fresh video, which is doing the round on social media, show one of the umpires in Border-Gavaskar Trophy between India and Australia, engaging into a rigorous drill ahead in Indore ahead of the third Test match.

As per video, Richard Kettleborough can be seen sweating it out at Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore. Notably, Kettleborough is one of the umpires for the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy alongside Nitin Menon, Micheal Gough, Joel Wilson in all four Test matches.

Talking about the Test series, Australia has dealt with couple of blows ahead of 3rd Test as the visitors will miss the services of Pat Cummins, and David Warner.

Meanwhile, Team India has already retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy for the third time in a row by winning first two games comfortably. The third Test will begin on March 1.
