Sunrisers Hyderabad have made great retention in Umran Malik and the pacer is proving it right with his performance in every game. After being expensive in the first few games, Malik has got his line and length together and is now troubling batsmen. The young pacer once again put on a fast-bowling exhibition against Gujarat Titans as he bagged four big wickets in the game.
Malik first dismissed Shubman Gill with a quick length delivery. He then got rid of Gujarat captain Hardik Pandya with a steep bouncer. Malik then produced a gem of a delivery to send back dangerous-looking Wriddhiman Saha. The right-arm pacer used his pace as a weapon and bowled a yorker to clean Saha up. The speed on the ball was 153 KPH.

The master appreciates!
If Umran Malik has bowled with such perfection this season, there is one man behind it- Dale Steyn. The former Proteas pacer has put in some commendable work behind the scenes to shape Malik. And now seeing his student rattling stumps like he used to do himself, Steyn could not resist appreciating the pacer.
The SRH's bowling coach was seen in awe of the delivery Umran Malik produced to clean Wriddhiman Saha up. He was seen clapping and appreciating the ball from Malik.

Umran Freaking Genius!
The young pacer from Jammu and Kashmir is making a statement with his performances in IPL 2022. The SRH pacer has already claimed 15 wickets in eight games and sits at the second position in the purple cap's race. Malik put on a show against Gujarat at the Wankhede Stadium as he took five wickets in the game. Four of his five dismissals came off clean bowled.
The pacer just did not allow the GT batters to settle. Such impactful was Umran's performance in the game that he was chosen as the player of the game despite his team losing the game.
