Abhay Singh, popularly known as IIT baba, recently shared that he is a fan of esports and gaming. Speaking during the ongoin mahakumbh in Prayagraj, Singh revealed that he follows many top esports players like Jonathan, Mortal, and Scout. He also added that he keeps up with esports tournaments and discusses them live on stream with Rachit Yadav on his YouTube channel, RachitrooLIVE.
Recently Rachit Yadav hosted a live stream on his YouTube channel where he invited viral IIT Baba. He uploaded a full stream on his channel with the name “I Invited the VIRAL IIT BABA on a LIVESTREAM ( Went Wrong ) - Rach x IIT BABA”. In the stream, IIT baba mentioned some popular esports players of India: Jonathan, Mortal, and Scout.

Talking about streaming, IIT Baba said, "I used to watch many Indian streamers like Mortal, Jonathan, and Scout. I have watched a lot of them. I used to stay up late to watch all BGMI tournaments."
When asked, "Why didn’t IIT Baba become an esports player?", IIT Baba responded in his own way, saying, “PURI DUNIYA KA ESPORTS KARATHU HU MAIN”. This is a prime example of how esports is growing rapidly in India, and it's reaching a mass audience with all age groups and different types of people.

In the same stream, IIT Baba predicted the shocking result of the India versus Pakistan ICC Champions Trophy 2025 match, which is set to be played on 23 February. Abhay Singh claimed, “this time India will not win.” IIT Baba said, “I am telling you in advance, this time India will not win. Now, if I have said no they will not win, then they not win. Now is God is bigger or you.”
