The Indian team, after a struggling performance in the first innings, roared back into the game thanks to Arshdeep Singh. The pacer first dismissed Quinton de Kock and caught the in-form Rilee Rossouw plum in front of the stumps. The umpire didn't give the batter out immediately and hence  Arshdeep also didn't look convinced with his delivery.

But soon, Indian captain  Rohit Sharma disagreed with his bowler and took the review. Fortunately for the Mumbai-born batter, the DRS displayed three reds and deemed Rossouw out. As the big screen displayed 'Out', former Indian captain Virat Kohli jumped up in joy.

The Indian team had a horrendous performance in the first innings thanks to a brilliant performance by Lungi  Ngidi and Wayne Parnell, who combined to pick seven wickets while giving away 44 runs in their eight overs.

Ngidi took out the entire Indian top three and then came back to dismiss Hardik Pandya. Whereas  Parnell got out R Ashwin, Dinesh Karthik and Suryakumar Yadav, who was the best batter for the Indians.

The Mumbai Indians batter scored an all-important 68 in 40 balls with six fours and three sixes while batting a strike rate of 170. He came into bat when the Indians were struggling at 26-2. From that point forward  Suryakumar Yadav  played incredible innings to help the Indians reach a respectable total of 133 runs.
