After bowlers guided Team India to a comprehensive victory against South Africa in the series opener, both sides regrouped at Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati for the second T20 international. While the first match of the series was all about the likes of Arshdeep Singh, Deepak Chahar and Harshal Patel, batters will be hoping to flaunt their skills in the second match as Men in Blue were invited to bat first.

Meanwhile, former Indian skipper Virat Kohli was seen giving a pep talk to the players ahead of the proceedings of the match started. As per the video, Indian players stand in a huddle when Kohli was seen sharing his rich experience with his teammates. While Virat Kohli could only contribute with 3 runs in the first game, the second-highest run-getter across all formats will look to add more runs under his belt in the second match.

Prior to South Africa series, Virat Kohli failed in the first two games against Australia but played an instrumental innings in the series decider as he scored 63 off 48-runs. The 33-year-old batter also scored his 71st international century while playing against Afghanistan in Asia Cup 2022 at the Dubai International Stadium.
