The Indian team is getting ready for the final Test from last year’s tour against England by playing a warm match with Leicestershire county. Indian batter had a gruelling first day of cricket, where the Indians put up 246 for 8 at stumps. Here top Indian batters struggled under tough conditions as only two players scored over 30 runs.

One of these batters who struggled was Kolkata Knight Riders captain Shreyas Iyer who got out on a duck after facing 11 balls. Prasidh Krishna dismissed Iyer with a beautiful out-swinger that took the outside edge and went straight in the hands of the keeper.

But Krishna received some tips from former India batter Virat Kohli who was batting at the non-striker's end. A video surfaced online where Kohli is seen talking to Krishna before the start of the over as the bowling team was changing ends.

Entering this final Test, Virat Kohli along with Rohit Sharma have immensely struggled as both players have had disappointing IPL seasons. Addressing this issue, former Indian captain Kapil Dev has called out these players regarding their form.

“You have to score runs (to get back in form). You cannot go too far based on reputation alone. Eventually, the opportunities will get dried up. How many chances would you need after 14 games? Can’t understand why they’re rested. If dropped, where they will get a chance to play then? It’s quite difficult to see how they play now," Dev said.
