India’s star batter Virat Kohli is currently taking a break as he has been rested from India’s series against New Zealand. The 33-year-old is in Mumbai with his family and enjoying his time off the field. Kohli was spotted in the city by some fans and as is the case, he was with his wife Anushka Sharma. The couple were spotted wearing matching outfits.
While they sported white sweaters, the couple had black trousers on. Kohli and Anushka also were white sneakers to complete the look. However, their outfit was not exactly matching as Kohli’s sweatshirt had a special design on it. The Indian batter had his wife’s name’s first letter carved on the sweater below a big red heart.
The couple was spotted at the Mumbai Airport. Both Anushka and Kohli stopped and posed for the paparazzi present at the site.
Coming to Virat Kohli, the 33-year-old finished the T20 World Cup as the highest run-getter in the tournament. Kohli amassed 296 runs in 6 innings he played during the showpiece event. He hit four half-centuries. However, unfortunately for him and India, the team could not cross the knockout hurdle as they were defeated in the semifinals by England.
The batter will be next seen in India’s series against Bangladesh. Kohli has been included on both Test and ODI squads. The tour gets underway in the first week of December and will run till the last week.
