After numerous attempts and countless efforts, Cristiano Ronaldo’s mega-fan Speed finally got to meet his idol as Portugal took down Bosnia and Herzegovina to win Euro 2024 Qualifier. Known for his boundless love for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner, Speed recently graduated from high school, and the 18-year-old probably got the best gift of his life. 

As Portugal took down their rivals 3-0 in the game on Saturday, June 17, the content creator got to meet and interact with one of the greatest sporting personalities ever. The mega-fan talked to Ronaldo’s family members and converted his long-pending dream into a reality. After meeting Ronaldo, Speed dropped to his knees and showed him the tattoo he had gotten in memory of Ronaldo’s famous ‘Siuuu’ celebration. In a video that went viral in no time, Ronaldo could be seen getting out of his car, while Speed couldn’t control his excitement. The streamer dropped to his knees and could be seen saying “Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, I’m sorry! Oh my god, Ronaldo!”

The YouTuber also took to social media to share his pictures with the Portugal star player Ronaldo. While sharing the pictures, he captioned the post, "i met him ronaldo" with a Portugal flag.

The love and admiration that Speed carries in his heart needs no introduction. During their meeting, the iconic football star mentioned that his son was intimidated by the YouTuber’s presence. He could be seen saying, "My son told me that you would be here." The Al-Nassr star also did his 'Siuuu' celebration and clicked pictures with his die-hard fan.

Speaking of the game, Ronaldo made his 199th appearance for Portugal and was playing his third match under the new manager Roberto Martinez, who joined the team after the 2022 WC. The game saw Portugal taking an easy 3-0 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina at Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica. Bruno Fernandes scored goals, as well as assisted in delivering a remarkable performance in the Euro 2024 qualifier. Not only this, but Bernardo Silva also managed to get his name on the scoresheet by his goal.
