Team India is inching closer to history by defeating South Africa for the first time in a bilateral T20I home series. Rohit Sharma & Co. hav e tightened their grip in the second match of the series and are seeking to finish the series with a match to go at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium, in Guwahati.

After being invited to bat first, India's batters toyed with the South African bowling attack as the Men in Blue posted 237/3 in 20 overs of the game. Suryakumar Yadav was the highest scorer for Men in Blue as he smacked 61-runs in 22 balls with the help of five boundaries and as many as sixes.

KL Rahul (57 off 28), Rohit Sharma (43 off 37), Virat Kohli (49 off 28) and a blitz cameo from Dinesh Karthik (17 off 7) guided the side to a mammoth total in the game. While Indian batters dominated the proceedings, Indian bowlers kept their side in a commanding position by reducing South Africa to 47/3 in 6.2 overs.

Meanwhile, Indian leggy Yuzvendra Chahal who is currently warming the benches was spotted indulging in a hilarious activity when the match was stopped due to a floodlight failure. The 32-year-old spinner was caught jokingly kicking Tabraiz Shamsi during the break. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media and many Indian cricket fans seem to be enjoying Chahal's funny side.
