England etched its name in the history books by becoming only second team to lift the T20 World Cup title twice after beating Pakistan in the summit-clash at Melbourne Cricket Ground, on November 13 (Sunday). All-rounder Sam Curran was adjudged Player of the Match and tournament for his incredible bowling spells in the ICC tournament. 

Meanwhile, Indian batter Virat Kohli extended his wish to the Englishmen, and claimed that they 'deserved' to win. While sharing the picture of Jos Buttler & Co, Virat Kohli wrote, "Congratulations England. Well deserved." Indian middle-order batter Suryakumar Yadav was another cricketer who had a brilliant World Cup campaign as he was the third highest run-getter in the tournament with his 239 runs in six innings.
