Kyle Walker-Peters was quite close to signing for Besiktas under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: Reports
It is understood that Kyle Walker-Peters was quite close to signing for Besiktas under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, but after the interest shown in him by West Ham United, his medical with the Turkish club was delayed. In his first comments after joining the London-based club, Kyle Walker-Peters said, “I spoke to Graham Potter and he was a big, big part of me making the decision. He remarked, “He (Kyle Walker-Peters) is a player I've always thought highly of and been impressed by whenever he has faced one of my teams. He has a really good pedigree, a top professional who has established himself as a respected Premier League player and still has his best years in front of him.”
