India to host Men’s Asia Cup in 2025; to be played in T20 format

In a big update, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) confirmed that India will host the 2025 edition of the Men’s Asia Cup, which will be played in T20 format. The news was confirmed after the ACC released an Invitation for Expressions of Interests (IEOI) document on Saturday, July 27, just a day ahead of the Women’s Asia Cup 2024 finale.

Rohit, Virat & Co. reach Colombo for ODI series against Sri Lanka

With one more game left in the three-match T20I series between Sri Lanka and India, the six players who are not part of the T20I squad, have reached Colombo and will resume training. Sources from Sri Lanka have disclosed that the ODI squad will engage in a net session at the R. Premadasa Stadium on Monday. England completed a 3-0 whitewash over West Indies with a 10- wicket win in the third and final Test of the series on Sunday, July 28 at Edgbaston, Birmingham. West Indies were bundled out for 175 in the second innings setting England a target of 82 in the fourth innings.
