Former India and Royal Challengers Bengaluru skipper Virat Kohli smashed his 51st  IPL half-century against Punjab Kings on Sunday while chasing a 177-run target at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. Apart from Virat, who smashed 77-off-49, wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik (28-off-10) and impact player Mahipal Lomror (17-off-8) helped RCB beat PBKS by four wickets with four balls remaining. PBKS skipper Shikhar Dhawan was the highest scorer for his side with his 45 runs while Mohammed Siraj and Yash Dayal's economical overs helped RCB restrict PBKS to 176 runs.

IPL full schedule announced; final to be played in Chennai on 26 May

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the remainder of the schedule for the 2024 season of the Indian Premier League on Monday, March 25. The final of the marquee tournament is scheduled to be played in Chennai on the 26th of May. The tournament is to be scheduled all across the country and it isn't going out of India.
