Table-toppers Gujarat Titans will face Chennai Super Kings in the final of IPL 2023 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday, May 28. Gujarat Titans beat Mumbai Indians in Qualifier 2 to enter the final, while CSK defeated the defending champions in Qualifier 1.
Chennai Super Kings and MS Dhoni will be hunting for their fifth title in 14 seasons. CSK beat their opponents GT in their previous game by 15 runs in Chennai but in Ahmedabad, it will be a different ball game as Hardik Pandya and Co. have made most of their fortress. Against the Titans, CSK have managed to win just one game out of four so far in the IPL history. Ahmedabad will be a total change from Chennai as it will be more of a batting wicket and a high-scoring game is expected. The opening duo of Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway will be key for MS Dhoni in what is said to be his last IPL game.
