Narendra Singh Dhoni's relationship with brother MS Dhoni
Narendra Singh Dhoni has mentioned previously that he has a good relationship with his younger sibling MSD, however some reports suggest that the brothers are not on talking terms due to a family dispute. According to some media reports, MS Dhoni had given his elder brother money to build an old-age home in Ranchi, but Narendra allegedly gifted the property to his in-laws which caused a significant rift among the brothers which led to a breakdown in their relationship.
Sources suggest that Narendra was once asked why he did not feature in the biopic of MS Dhoni, he stated that "It must have been the filmmaker's choice. What can I say? I may be non-existent in the movie because I don't have many contributions in Mahi's life - be it during his childhood, his struggle as a young man or after he became MSD for the world. The film is about Mahi, not his family". Narendra himself was very involved in sports in his school years and has reportedly represented his school at the national level in various competitions.
