Former PSG star Kylian Mbappe’s brother Ethan Mbappe shared an update about his future after the former left PSG. Kylian is yet to announce his next step after leaving his former club; however, several signs indicate that he could make a move to Real Madrid. Mbappe could sign a hefty deal with the Los Blancos once his contract at the current team ends at the season's end. A formal announcement is still awaited and go public in the coming months. Recently, Kylian’s brother Ethan shared an update about his future.
Both Kylian and Ethan have represented PSG at different levels in recent years. Kylian led the side on the field whereas Ethan plays for the club’s side in the U-19 squad. Not only this, but he has also been a part of the senior team in Ligue 1. The 17-year-old was recently asked if he would also move to Madrid as well. However, Ethan said that he would not move to the team and stay at PSG only.
On Saturday, Ethan was stopped by fans to take pictures, and autographs and have a brief interaction after the PSG’s training session. During the same, f ans took the opportunity to ask him if he would follow his elder brother’s footsteps to join Real Madrid. The midfielder immediately responded to the question and said “No.”
Notably, PSG have only two games remaining in the ongoing season, one is against Metz in Ligue 1 and the other is against Olympique Lyon in the Coupe de France final. Mbappe wants the news of his transfer to be announced before the onset of the Euro 2024 in Germany. However, as Mbappe’s contract with PSG lasts till June 30, he cannot be presented as a Real Madrid player without permission.
