The second final of the World Test Championship commenced from June 7 at The Oval. Rohit Sharma-led squad are taking on Australia in the ‘Ultimate Test’ and are eyeing to end their 10-year-old ICC drought. While Pat Cummins is leading his team to their maiden WTC Final, India are playing in their second final, after they slumped to New Zealand in the final of the opening edition by eight wickets. The beginning of the WTC Final 2023 saw India skipper Rohit Sharma winning the toss and opting to field first.

Talking about the weather forecast of Day 3, the conditions are expected to remain a bit cloudy. The temperature during the day is likely to be around 24-degree Celsius with 8 per cent chances of rain. However, it is expected to go down to 16-degree Celsius during the night with 35 per cent chances of showers late at night. Whereas the amount of humidity would likely be around 61 per cent during the day with the same likely to rise up to 71 per cent in the night.
