Launched and operated by T Ten Sports Management, the Zim Afro T10 cricket league will feature Zimbabwean and South African teams. The league has Zimbabwe Cricket's approval and is run in collaboration with them. There are 10 overs a side in each game, and they last about 90 minutes. A double round-robin format is used for the competition, followed by eliminators and the final. The tournament's first iteration is expected to take place in July 2023.

Former Indian cricketers who are now playing in the T10 league include Robin Uthappa, Irfan Pathan, S. Sreesanth, Stuart Binny, Parthiv Patel, and Yusuf Pathan. The captains of the Harare Hurricanes and Cape Town Samp Army will be Uthappa and Parthiv Patel, respectively.
