Preview:
Defending champions Karachi Kings will take on Multan Sultans in the 9th match of the 2021 edition of the Pakistan T20 League at the National Stadium, Karachi. It’s been a tough start for Multan in this tournament so far and they’ll be looking to bounce back quickly. Karachi Kings would be ruing the fact that they lost their 2nd game even after a glittery century from Sharjeel Khan. All-in-all, it’s expected to be an intense match-up between the Kings and the Sultans.

Analysis:
Karachi Kings displayed full dominance over Quetta Gladiators to start their campaign in the 2021 edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Without a doubt, they proved why they are the defending champions of PSL. They chased down 122 with more than six overs to spare after a clinical bowling performance. Even in their second game against Islamabad United, they looked set for consecutive victories after Sharjeel Khan smashed a jaw-dropping ton.
In contrast to the Kings, the Sultans led by Mohammad Rizwan lost both their games at the start of their season and they would want to make amends by defeating the defending champions in their 3rd game to avoid a hat-trick of losses. The pitch has been better for batting at the National Stadium and the Kings will surely have the upper hand before the start of this game.
