After an incredible turn of events, it has been revealed that Juventus star Paulo Dybala is set to leave the club as free agent this summer. With the current deal of player expiring at the end of 2021-22 season, both the parties notably failed to reach an agreement for new contract which means that the Argentine will leave the Old Lady after an illustrious 7-year spell at the club.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the Juventus board and Dybala’s agent Jorge Antún had a meeting on Monday morning in Torino to discuss about Dybala's new contract but the negotiations stalled as the board has failed to meet the contractual conditions as promised by them earlier.

End of Dybala's time at Juventus

Notably, Paulo Dybala had a verbal agreement with the club since October 2021 to extend the contract until 2026 for €8m plus €2m add ons as net salary. The deal was set to be signed in December but the Juventus proposal changed and as it turns out, the final round of talks have completely broken down.

Where will Dybala play next season?

The deal of Dybala's new contract at Juventus has now been collapsed and the player's agent is set to initiate conversations with new clubs. Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona, Paris Saint Germain, Inter Milan, Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City are few of the clubs who have been linked to the player in past and it will be interesting to see the next destination for the star footballer.

The 28-year-old is surely one of the most creative players in world football, having also played for Instituto (Argentina) and Palermo (Italy) in Past. Also, if a player with 142 goals and 64 assists in 392 appearances is up for grabs as free agent, one can certainly expect interest from big clubs without any doubt.
