PSL 2021 to resume on June 1; date for final match announced

The tournament began in February and only 10 matches were played before it was postponed due to the rise of COVID-19 cases.

Pakistan Cricket Board has finally announced the date of the resumption of Pakistan Super League 2021. The halted PSL season is all set to resume in June this year. The PCB in its recent virtual meeting announced the dates of resumption of the half-halted season.

PSL final to be played on June 20

The tournament is set to resume from June 1, with the final set to play on June 20. All the players will undergo mandatory seven-day quarantine which will commence on May 22.

Lahore Qalandars will face Islamabad United in the opening game on June 1, with two double-headers to be played on June 5 & June 12. The playoffs will begin from June 16 with the final set to take place on June 20, 2021.
