Even those who are not into gaming are aware of the E-Sporting phenomenon called PUBG. One of its versions called the PUBG Mobile Lite Version has garnered a huge global audience due to its low hardware requirements when compared to the PUBG game and even the overall experience is not very different from the full-fledged version. The game is available for Android Devices and as per the official website it can run on devices even with a RAM of 1 GB.
Those interested can directly download the game from the Google Play Store or even use the APL file from the official website to install it on their devices. However, it should be noted that the PUBG Mobile Lite is banned in India and consequently users from the country must not download the game.
Notably, the official website does not provide a direct download for the latest version of the popular game. In this case, the players will be required to download the PUBG Mobile 0.21.0 version through the APK file on the website and only then can they update it to 0.21.2 in-game.
Step by step guide to download the game on Android devices underneath:
Step 1: The first and foremost step is to visit the PUBG Mobile Lite Website
Step 2: After reaching the website, the users need to tap on the APK Download button after which the APL file will be downloaded on the device. While the APK file size is around 674 MB, the in-game patch is estimated to be around 153 MB. However, before proceeding with the download, users should make sure that there is enough free space on the device.
Step 3: Post that, users will have to toggle the "Install from Unknown Source" option and then install the PUBG Mobile Lite's APK file on the device.
Step 4: After completing the installation, players can launch the game where a pop-up will appear that will notify the player that they need to download the in-game patch.
Step 5: Once the download is completed, users can log into their PUBG Mobile Lite account and play the 0.21.2 version of the game.
