After a hardworking match-day, it is always fun to have a relaxing session with your mates. And it seems Team India is making the most of their day off. Ahead of the 3rd ODI between Sri Lanka and India, Indian players looked in a chirpy mood as they play the "Wrong Answers Only" quiz. In the segment, players intentionally came up with outrageous and entertainingly wrong responses which tickled our funny bones.
Shahrukh Khan effect on Kuldeep Yadav
Kuldeep Yadav, who plays for Shahrukh Khan owned Kolkata Knight Riders, showed some SRK magic when he was asked about his name in the wrong answers only challenge. The spinner, when asked about his name, recited SRK’s famous dialogue – “Rahul, naam toh suna hi hoga”. The quick response from Kuldeep surely proves he is not a newbie in this game. Meanwhile, youngster Devdutt Padikkal ventured into a different sport and introduced himself as Roger Federer.
3 idiots, featuring Pandya brothers!
The standout response came from Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya when they were asked to name the actors of a popular Bollywood movie – “3 idiots”. The mischievous Pandya brothers replied with their names and included their Mumbai Indians teammate Kieron Pollard as the third actor in the movie.
Mango, Banana are the new red fruits in town
In the segment, when asked to name a fruit that is red and round, players, including Varun Chakraborty, Kuldeep Yadav, and Devdutt Padikkal came up with hilarious replies. While Devdutt picked red-cricket ball as the fruit, Kuldeep and Varun chose Banana and Mango as the red and round fruit to ace the wrong answers challenge.
Talking about the series, India have already taken an assailable 2-0 lead in the 3-match ODI series. Deepak Chahar was the hero of the 2nd ODI as his knock of 69* helped India to win the game with 5 balls to spare. The third and final ODI between the sides will be played on Friday in Colombo.
