In a big news coming from the Rajasthan Royals camp, Australian pacer Nathan Coulter-Nile has been ruled out of the remainder of the season with an injury. Notably, Coulter-Nile was part of the playing XI for Rajasthan's season opener against SunRisers Hyderabad and injured himself while bowling the final over of the match.

The Australian cricketer was forced to leave the field and could not even complete the over he had started. While the exact nature of his injury is unknown, in a recent social media post, RR have bid adieu to Coulter-Nile which has confirmed that he won't a part in the remaining games in the 15th edition of the tournament.

"Until we meet again, NCN. ? Speedy recovery. ? #RoyalsFamily | #HallaBol | @coulta13," a short video was captioned by RR.

Here is their tweet:

In place of Coulter-Nile, captain Sanju Samson has trusted Navdeep Saini to be in the Playing XI in their other two matches so far. Having said that, with the pacer ruled out, the team would also be looking to fly in a replacement at some stage in the competition.

Overall in 39 IPL games, the 34-year-old has scalped 48 wickets with a best of 4/14. He has a good economy of under 8 runs an over and averages 22.92 in the T20 competition.
