Ranveer Singh and LeBron James share a ‘precious’ moment at NBA All-Star Celebrity Game

Ranveer Singh also shared an incredible interaction with singer-songwriter Machine Gun Kelly during their game.

Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh shared a photograph of him with Los Angeles forward LeBron James at the 2022 NBA All-star game in Cleveland. Ranveer described this moment as ‘precious as the caption said, “The King and i !!! ? @kingjames. What a precious moment ?♥️??? I’m shook!”. In the picture shared on Instagram, both LeBron James and Ranveer Singh are seen fist-bumping each other during the All-star game.

Ranveer Singh was part of the NBA Celebrity Game during All-star weekend. He was part of team Walton, alongside rapper Quavo, former NBA player Anderson Varejo, Olympic skateboarder Nyjah Huston. He also shared an incredible interaction with singer-songwriter Machine Gun Kelly during their game. Where MGK talks to Ranveer about how playing in his home city is like a dream come true as their team won 65-51. Peleton instructor Josh Touissant won the MVP award as he scored 18 points for team Walton. Alongside him, Abhishek Bachchan has also played in the All-star game held in Los Angeles in 2015.

Like Ranveer, LeBron James also had a successful All-star weekend as his team defeated Kevin Durant’s team 163 – 160. The King scored 24 points, 8 assists, 6 rebounds and 3 steals as he hit a fadeaway jumper to win the game. But LeBron was over-shadowed by fellow Akron-born Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry who had a historic 50 point game where he made 16 out of 27 three-pointers. Curry also broke Paul George’s record of making the most three-pointers in an All-star game with nine in 2016.

Whereas for Team Durant, Philadelphia 76ers centre Joel Embiid was the top scorer with 36 points 10 rebounds, 4 assists, while hitting 5 three-pointers. Charlotte Hornets sophomore guard Lamelo Ball also had an incredible game with 18 points, 3 rebounds and 3 steals for Team Durant. Since the inception of the new format, LeBron James’ team has been undefeated in the last five All-star games.
