The Royal Challengers Bangalore has received a major blow amidst the ongoing IPL 2022. India pacer Harshal Patel has left the IPL bio-bubble after a sudden demise of sister.
Notably, Harshal who was seen playing the game against Mumbai Indians on Saturday evening got the news of this tragic incident post RCB clinching the game by 7 wickets.
“Unfortunately, Harshal had to leave the bio-bubble due to a death in his family. He will be rejoining the bubble before the next game against CSK on April 12,” said an IPL source.

It is to be noted that Harshal Patel has been the key performer for the Royal Challengers Bangalore so far in the tournament. Patel has appeared in all four matches for the side having clinched six wickets till now. In his 16 overs bowled till now, he has conceded 88 runs with a strike rate of 16.
