Indian wicket-keeper-batter on Sunday scored his maiden ton against England in the third ODI at the Old Trafford in Manchester. After the match, former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh appreciated the centurion on Twitter and Pant has now responded to the tweet.

Rishabh Pant scored unbeaten 125 runs in the third match to help the Men in Blue clinch the three-match ODI series against the Three Lions 2-1. His knock has garnered appreciation from the cricket world with Yuvraj Singh admiring his quick innings.

Yuvraj tweeted, "Looks like the 45 minute conversation made sense!! Well played @RishabhPant17 that’s how you pace your innings @hardikpandya7 great to watch #indiavseng."

The main character from India's five wicket win over England in the third ODI responded, "It did, indeed Yuvi pa."

After winning the game for India, Pant said, "Hopefully I remember for the rest of my life. I was focusing on one ball at a time when I was batting. When your team is under pressure and you bat like that .. something I aspire to do. I always enjoy playing in England, at the same time enjoy the atmosphere and the situation. The more you play the more experience you gain."

The win in the third match has resulted into an ODI series win in England since 2014 and also the fourth overall 50-over format series win for India.
