Preview:

England Legends will open their Road Safety World T20 campaign on Sunday evening when they take on Bangladesh Legends in the 7th match of the tournament. England will be the strong favourites to emerge victorious as they boast the likes of Kevin Pietersen and Monty Panesar in their line-up.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh Legends started the tournament with a heavy defeat on Friday as they suffered a 10-wicket loss at the hands of India legends. The Nawab of Najafgarh, Virender Sehwag ran the show and hammered the Bangladesh bowlers all over the ground in an explosive display of power-hitting. The only bright spot for Bangladesh was the form of Nazimuddin, who looked in good nick during his stay on the crease.

Team News

England Legends:

The England Legends squad comprises of the likes of Kevin Pietersen, Owais Shah, Usman Afzal and Monty Panesar, who have plenty of experience of playing at the international level. Kabir Ali and Chris Schofield are likely to be benched by the England team management.

Bangladesh Legends:

In the batting department, only Nazimuddin could cross the 12-run mark and the 35-year old missed out on a well-deserved half-century by just one run. Skipper Mohammad Rafique and the rest of the bowlers went wicket-less against India and also proved to be very expensive. They will look to put on a better show in their 2nd match.
