Team India have lost the final T20 against England as Suryakumar Yadav's hard-fought century went in vain. However, a 10-year-old tweet of Rohit Sharma resurfaced where he has given a shout-out to the now 31-year-old Mumbai-batter.

An old tweet from Indian skipper Rohit Sharma has been getting viral where he praised a young Suryakumar and sent a message to keep a check on the 'exciting' future star of Indian cricket.

Rohit Sharma's tweet dated December 10, 2011, reads: "Just got done with BCCI awards here in chennai..some exciting cricketers coming up..Suryakumar yadav from Mumbai to watch out for in future!"

Meanwhile, India's loss in the third T20I brings an end to the 14-match winning streak of the Indian cricket team under skipper Rohit Sharma in the T20I cricket. The Men in Blue were chasing a mammoth target of 216 runs as Dawid Malan (77) and Liam Livingstone (42) smashed the Indian bowlers all around the park.

Suryakumar Yadav's 117 runs in just 55 deliveries couldn't help India to pull off a clean sweep in the series. England bowlers had managed to remove the Indian trio of Rishabh Pant, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in the starting five overs which was one of the reasons for the Men in Blue's defeat.

India will now meet England for the three-match ODI series starting on Tuesday, July 12.
