Indian opener Rohit Sharma is known for his flamboyant stroke making. The Hitman, on Thursday, bossed the Internet like one of his seemingly effortless shots. On a day when the much-awaited Friends Reunion special episode aired in India, Rohit shared a picture of the reunion he is waiting for.
Sharing a picture of the crowd cheering for him after he has reached some landmark in an international game, the Mumbai Indians captain simply wrote that this is the reunion he is waiting for, suggesting he is looking forward to having fans back at the stadium. Rohit's tweet comes at the backdrop of India severely hit by the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. While fans had returned for a brief while in India after the first wave had subsided, the second wave made it impossible for fans to view sporting action.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S Reunion features celebrities like David Beckham
Meanwhile, the special reunion episode of popular sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S was aired in India on Thursday at 12:30 pm. The episode features celebrities such as David Beckham, BTS, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Reese Witherspoon, Malala Yousafzai, James Corden, Cindy Crawford and others apart from the main cast. It marked the first time the cast officially reunited on screen after 17 years since the last episode was aired in 2004. The series had debuted in 1994.
