One of the most awaited days ahead of IPL 2022 has been March 12, Saturday and the credit for same goes to Royal Challengers Bangalore. The franchise organized an event named 'RCB Unbox' today where they had planned to make some big revelations. With so many musicians and fans in attendance at Church Street in Bengaluru, one of the announcements was regarding the new jersey launch, which has finally been officially unveiled.

Sanjay Bangar will be head coach of RCB
Royal Challengers Bangalore will have a new look in coaching staff this season as well, with Sanjay Bangar being appointed as head coach for IPL 2022. Meanwhile, Mike Hesson has been at the helm of things for the franchise in terms of the their auction strategy, players recruitment and all other key decisions in his capacity as Director of Cricket Operations at RCB.
RCB to kick off campaign on March 27
The new-look RCB side, with so many new changes, will kick off the new era on March 27 where they are scheduled to lock horns with Punjab Kings at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. In a new jersey with some new players in side, along with a new head coach in dug-out, it is indeed going to be a very exciting side for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
