All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja took to social media on Saturday morning to give a glimpse of the sweater which Team India will wear when they take the field during the highly anticipated World Test Championship final against New Zealand. The Indian team will wear a classic 90s Retro kit for the match.
With the snap, Jadeja captioned the post, "Rewind to 90’s #lovingit #india". The WTC final, scheduled to be played from June 18 at the Ageas Bowl, will be a repeat of the 2019 World Cup semi-final against New Zealand. India will be eyeing revenge against the Kiwis for their semifinal defeat two years ago.
Jadeja has been a consistent performer for team India throughout the span of WTC matches with both bat and ball. Down the order, the Saurashtra all-rounder has stitched many match-defining innings alongside both middle order batters and tailenders. He has been Virat Kohli's go to man in crunch situations. Jadeja has also provided many match-winning breakthroughs with the ball.
