Shoaib Malik records fastest fifty for Pakistan in T20Is

Pakistan won all their five matches before reaching T20 WC 2021 semi-finals and they will be facing Australia at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on 11th of November for the semi-final game. Pakistan winning the toss opted to bat first and posted a big total of 189/4 with the help of Babar Azam's classy fifty and Shoaib Malik's quick fire fifty.

The 39-year-old Shoaib Malik impressed everyone with his hitting ability in death overs and almost repeated the magic of what KL Rahul did against Scotland few days back. Chasing 190 runs, Scotland managed to post only 117 runs in their 20 overs quota against a quality bowling attack like Pakistan.
