The spinners started off brilliantly, and Haris and Shaheen carried it through. Haris's performance was brilliant. Also, our fielding was fantastic. I thought we gave some runs away. But this is cricket and it happens. While batting, there were wickets early on and we needed to build a partnership. Malik showed experience and Asif Ali is our finisher. He finished off the match today. Every match is crucial & nothing is easy. We are just taking one game at a time.
Haris Rauf (Player of the Match): Thanks to the Almighty for this win. The attitude we showed on the field was excellent to restrict them to that score. We batted really well to chase it down. The kind of attack we have, we have been playing for a while now. We always discuss with each other the conditions of the pitch and help each other. My favorite wicket was Martin Guptill's one in the powerplay. It's just because I struck when they seemed to be getting some momentum going.
