In a huge blow to South Africa, skipper Temba Bavuma has been ruled out of the entire white-ball series as he sustained a fracture in the right thumb during the first ODI on Thursday. And while Keshav Maharaj is set to lead the team in the ODIs, it would be interesting to see who gets his place as a batter. They had already lost the first match and now the injury blow is set to make the matter worse for them. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka would be fresh from a win and will be looking to go for the kill in the series now having taken a lead and knowing that the Proteas are without some of their big stars. Expect a good game but the advantage lies with Sri Lanka at this stage.
