Red Bull and Max Verstappen will look to take the further lead as they will be heading to their home circuit, where they have won two races in three years. Mercedes, on the other hand, will look to close the gap with their competitor. They also enjoy a great record at the circuit, with six wins out of eight races.

This will be the second Styrian GP. It was included in the calendar last season. Lewis Hamilton won the inaugural Styrian GP followed by Valtteri Bottas and Max Verstappen to complete the podium.
