After a one-sided contest in the first match of Thursday's doubleheader, all eyes were set on the evening encounter with Kolkata Knight Riders locking horns with Rajasthan Royals. Eoin Morgan's side needed a win to push their case further in pursuit of qualifying for playoffs. On the other hand, RR were playing to spoil KKR's party and provide a helping hand to Mumbai Indians.
