Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav has been in the limelight since 2019-20 after his prolific performance in the Indian Premier League. His outstanding performance with the bat made him don the national colors in the India-England series in February-March this year. Although his performance didn’t make much impact in the truncated IPL 2021, which made him miss a place in the WTC final & England tour. However, with India travelling to Sri Lanka later in July, SKY might be included in the Playing XI for the Sri Lanka tour.

SKY opens up on his bowling ability

In SKY’s recent Instagram live with the Mumbai Indians, the 30-year-old opened up on his bowling ability. SKY revealed that he continues to bowl in the nets whenever he gets a chance. He also added that he is ready to step up and do his part if given a chance to bowl for the national side.

“No, I have not stopped bowling, I keep bowling in the nets. Whenever I get an opportunity to bowl in the game I will be there,” Suryakumar Yadav claimed.
