All the matches to be played in Chennai

There have been a lot of speculations regarding the venues for the 2021 edition of Tamil Nadu Premier League. While NPR College Ground (Dindigul) and Indian Cement Company Ground (Tirunelveli) have hosted the matches in past, it was expected that Salem Cricket Foundation Stadium (Salem) and SNR College Cricket Ground (Coimbatore) will also be added to the roster.

However, considering the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the country and the requirement of keeping the players in a secure bio-bubble environment, it has been decided that all the matches of TNPL 2021 will be played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai to avoid any kind of travel complications.
