After an incredible year for Team India in 2021 where they defeated Australia down under, dominated the England side at home across all formats, registered famous wins at Lord's, Oval, Centurion apart from sealing a few other bilateral series. However, a bigger challenge awaits for the side in 2022 as they get set to take part in T20 Asia Cup and T20 World Cup.

The Men in Blue will also be playing lot of ODIs this year against South Africa, West Indies, Sri Lanka etc. in order to prepare for the 2023 World Cup at home. And apart from international cricket, there is a 10-team IPL also slated to take place in April-June where all the key Indian players will be in action.
