Team India’s hard quarantine ends in Sri Lanka; players enjoy a fun session in the pool

India's new-look squad reached Colombo on Monday for the upcoming 3-match ODI and T20I series. All the members had to undergo hard-quarantine for first three days as per the guidelines issued by Sri Lanka Cricket. The isolation period finally ended on Thursday as all the players and staff members got out of their hotel rooms and enjoyed a fun session in swimming pool.

BCCI shared a group picture of the team on social media where all the members can be seen quite happy after their quarantine period ended. The players showed off their fit bodies while posing inside the swimming pool. The photo also gave a glimpse of some of the amazing partnerships the fans have seen in domestic cricket and IPL.

As expected, Pandya brothers are together even in the pool while the Delhi Capitals opening pair of Shikhar Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw are also enjoying themselves. Meanwhile, Deepak Chahar can be seen in his new look which had been revealed a few days back.

In the caption, BCCI also revealed that a new fun video will be released very soon and the fans are now waiting for the footage to see what the youngsters are up to in Sri Lanka. The team is expected to start training under some restrictions as they begin their preparations for the ODI series scheduled to begin on July 13.
