Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is quite active on social media. The right-arm leggie keeps posting videos and pictures on his social media handles. Some of his posts are utterly hilarious, just like the latest one. Chahal posted a picture of himself holding a lauki (bottle guard) as a cricket bat. Actually, he was trying to send a message to actor Jitendra Kumar (as it seemed from the caption).

“I bet my #SelfieWithLauki hit right out of the stadium?? do you agree @jitendrak1?”, Chahal wrote in the caption of the picture.

This post from Chahal attracted some interesting comments from fans. Former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh also found the post amusing as he left a sarcastic comment on Chahal’s post. “Looks like your lauki is the same size as you,” wrote Yuvi in the comment section. Although Chahal did not reply to Yuvi’s comment, the fans loved every bit of it, terming it the best comment.

Notably, Chahal posted this picture with a bottle guard and tagged actor Jitendra Kumar because of a special connection between ‘lauki’ and Jitendra’s character of ‘Sachiv Ji’ from web series 'Panchayat'.

Chahal ready to roar in India colors

After impressing everyone with his purple cap-winning performance (27 wickets in 17 games) in the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Yuzvendra Chahal is all set to roar in India colors when the KL Rahul-led team takes on South Africa in a five-match T20I series. Notably, India are hosting South Africa for five T20Is starting from June 9 in Delhi. The second match will be played on 12 June in Cuttack, the third on 14 June in Vishakhapatnam, the fourth on 17 June in Rajkot, and the fifth on 19 June in Bengaluru.

Chahal is set to find a place in the playing eleven considering his impressive run in IPL 2022. Fans may also get to see the famous 'Kul-Cha' pair as Kuldeep Yadav has also been selected in the squad. Notably, Yadav took 21 wickets in 14 matches for DC in IPL 2022.
